Market translation
Factory models are organised into five Danish carrier classes and ten task-led customer configurations.
Prepared for strategic discussion with VOTE Machinery
This prototype demonstrates how VOTE's factory products could be translated into a complete Danish customer proposition: configured machines, transparent decision support, financing, demonstration, documentation, service and future digital sales.
It has been developed in response to VOTE's open and constructive dialogue. The initial three-tonne direction has now been expanded into six focused Launch Core propositions across the 1.2-, 1.8- and 3.0-tonne classes.
Purpose of the prototype
The objective is to make a possible collaboration tangible enough for a useful joint review.
Factory models are organised into five Danish carrier classes and ten task-led customer configurations.
Customers compare access, transport, hydraulics, attachments, price and monthly economics on equal terms.
Machine, attachments, documentation, financing, warranty and service are treated as one working product.
The proposal has already been converted into a bilingual, mobile-ready and commercially structured experience.
Six Danish Launch Core propositions
The Launch Core translates three carrier classes into six distinct earning profiles for Danish owner-operators, contractors and rental fleets.
For owner-operators and landscaping professionals whose earnings begin beyond narrow gates and passages.
For rental fleets that earn through protection, rapid inspection and fast return to the next customer.
For owner-operators and specialists who need professional 1.8-tonne capability through access points around one metre.
For professional compact contractors who earn through full-day operation, powered attachments and dependable turnaround.
For owner-operators who value practical transport and broad daily versatility.
For professional contractors with high attachment utilisation and demanding work profiles.

Open service modelProposed first joint workstream
The proposed next step is a joint platform review of A12-A and A12-R, the VTW-18S DK development base shared by C18-A and C18-P, and the complementary U30-U and U30-NP platforms.
Proposed Danish validation programme
The first Danish reference machine would be evaluated through real access, earthmoving, grading, transport and attachment-change tasks, with structured reviews at 10, 50, 100, 250 and 500 operating hours.

Invitation to joint review
These five decisions establish the foundation for a structured Danish market-development process.
Confirm Denmark as the initial market for structured joint development and define the commercial mandate.
Who should represent commercial, technical and documentation responsibilities in the next review?
Which VOTE platforms can support the six Launch Core propositions, including a VTW-18S DK base for 1.8 Compact Access and 1.8 Compact PRO, within the agreed validation gates?
Which current product data, compliance documents, parts and technical support can VOTE make available?
What would a mutually acceptable product review, reference-machine and Danish validation process look like?
Begin with Denmark, validate the right product and support model, and build the next phase from documented customer evidence.
