The warranty target applies to whichever occurs first, provided the machine follows the defined service programme and operates within the approved configuration.
Parts without unnecessary delay
Stock items ordered before 14:00 are targeted for same-day dispatch. Non-stock factory parts have a 5–10 working-day target, with an emergency route for critical components.
Documentation follows the serial number
- EU Declaration of Conformity and relevant CE documentation
- EU Stage V engine documentation
- Danish operator, service and safety material
- Lift chart for the delivered work package
- Registered machine, coupler, hydraulic and attachment configuration
Responsibility: The manufacturer retains responsibility for machine design and conformity approval. VOTE Denmark verifies commercial, local service and delivery readiness before handover.
